MYSA Academy, a subsidiary of My Sutera Sdn. Bhd.
MYSA Academy was established in Malaysia to serve as the Group’s centre for training, upskilling, and human capital development.
My Sutera Sdn. Bhd. is well known for it’s local brands Canggih, Mysako, InfiniMall and MYSA Safety Apparel. It has been a trusted name in Malaysia’s textile and apparel industry for future, the Group expanded it’s mission through MYSA Academy. Initially registered as an HRD Corp-approved training provider, MYSA Academy has now evolved into a national platform for skills development, employability, and industry transformation.
Based in Malaysia, MYSA Academy works closely with local agencies, TVET institutions, and private enterprises to deliver practical, outcome-based programs. These include HRD Corp-claimable training, professional upskilling, local and international job placement opportunities, aligning with Malaysia’s vision of becoming a high-income, knowledge-driven economy.

Our Managing Consultant
Annas Ahmad
Annas Ahmad holds an Honours Degree in Law from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1997. He is the Group Executive Chairman of My-Sutera Group of Companies, producer of the well-known “Canggih” school uniform brand, which has earned national awards for excellence. His past roles include Group Managing Director of Intraxius Group and CEO/Executive Director of Prime Utilities Berhad, a Bursa Malaysia–listed company, following his early career in corporate and banking law.
Appointed Adjunct Professor at Management Science University, Annas has extensive experience across law, property, utilities, textiles, and food industries. He is recognized for his integrity, leadership, and commitment to excellence, making him a respected and approachable figure in Malaysia’s corporate sector.
Masnizam Hisham
Masnizam Hisham holds an LLB Honours from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and completed senior management training at Harvard Business School. She is the Group CEO of My-Sutera Group of Companies, where she drives large-scale operations and cost-saving initiatives. Her past roles include President and Group CEO of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad and CEO of Prasarana Integrated Management and Engineering Services Sdn Bhd (PRIME), following her early career in corporate law and procurement.
With more than 25 years of executive experience, Masnizam has contributed across infrastructure, transport, procurement, and strategic marketing. She is recognized for her leadership in project management, negotiations, and communications, making her a respected corporate leader and valuable contributor to professional development and industry excellence.
Jamaluddin Bakri
Jamaluddin Bakri is a seasoned Executive Coach and Strategic Human Resources Consultant with over 30 years of international and regional leadership experience across the banking, technology, and healthcare sectors. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Hull, United Kingdom, and is a Certified Executive Coach (ICF) with a strong track record of developing senior leaders and transforming HR functions into strategic business enablers.
Throughout his career, Jamaluddin has held several senior HR leadership positions in leading organisations, including Regional HR Director at Microsoft Asia Services, Group Head of Human Resources at IHH Healthcare Berhad, and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at RHB Banking Group. His leadership journey has given him deep expertise in strategic HR transformation, leadership development, and organizational capability building.
Jamaluddin has worked extensively across China, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong, giving him broad global exposure and a deep understanding of cross-cultural leadership, talent management, and organisational dynamics. He received the HR Leader of the Year award from Human Resourcecs Online in 2018.
As an ICF-Certified Executive Coach, Jamaluddin has coached numerous C-Suite leaders, Country CEOs, and senior executives across multiple industries, focusing on leadership effectiveness, strategic influence, succession readiness, and executive presence. He is highly regarded for his pragmatic, empathetic, and outcome-oriented coaching approach, combining strategic insight with behavioural transformation.
In addition to his coaching work, Jamaluddin advises boards and senior leadership teams on HR operating model redesign, organisational transformation, talent strategy, and culture alignment. His consulting philosophy is rooted in the belief that HR must serve as a strategic driver of business performance and organisational agility.
Widely respected for his calm leadership style, depth of experience, and strategic perspective, Jamaluddin continues to partner with business leaders and organisations in their pursuit of leadership excellence, cultural transformation, and sustainable performance.
